Thank you for choosing Assurance Beaupré Insurance. In the event of a loss affecting property covered by your contract, we undertake to handle your claim in such a way as to cause you as little inconvenience as possible.

If you are unsure about the precise coverage of your insurance policy, we encourage you to contact your agent to review the details of your contract to ensure you are fully protected against any possible losses.
If you need to report your claim outside of our normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), you can contact your insurer directly. Make sure you have your policy number and information ready when you contact them.

In the event of an accident...
If you witness or are the victim of a collision, here is what you should do:

seek medical help, even for minor injuries

contact the police
-
obtain the driver's license number and insurance information of the vehicles involved in the accident

note the names and contact details of all witnesses

do not admit your fault: leave this responsibility to the police and insurance adjusters

if you have a camera at your disposal, capture images of the damage and accident scene
-
if vehicles are functional, move them to the side safely to avoid blocking traffic
